研究了东道国母公司的人力资源控制对国际合资公司(IJV)学习导向和技术创新的影响关系。通过对中国华南地区96家合资企业的实证研究发现:东道国母公司的人员任用对人员培训和IJV技术创新有显著的直接正向影响,人员培训对IJV的学习导向有显著的正向影响,IJV学习导向对IJV技术创新有显著的正向影响;人员培训在人员任用对学习导向的影响关系中起重要的中介作用,学习导向也在人员培训对技术创新的影响关系中起着中介作用。
Studies the influence of host control of the host country on learning orientation and technological innovation of International Joint Venture Company (IJV). Through the empirical study of 96 joint ventures in South China, it is found that the appointment of staff in the parent company of the host country has a significant direct positive impact on personnel training and IJV technological innovation. Personnel training has a significant positive impact on the learning orientation of IJV. IJV Learning orientation has a significant positive impact on IJV technological innovation. Personnel training plays an important mediating role in the impact of staff appointment on learning orientation. Learning orientation also plays an intermediary role in the relationship between personnel training and technological innovation.
