目的通过对Kennedy第二类第二亚类牙列缺损模型进行可摘局部义齿支架的计算机辅助设计与制作,探索可行的方案,为该课题的深入研究奠定基础。方法激光扫描获取Kennedy第二类第二亚类牙列缺损石膏模型的三维数据,在重建的牙颌三维数字模型上绘出支架的轮廓图,提取轮廓内的数据作为支架的组织面数据,通过抽壳等操作得到支架的三维模型。将数据导入快速成形设备,加工成形。结果初步实现了可摘局部义齿支架的计算机辅助设计,用快速成形机加工出支架树脂铸型。结论将激光扫描获取数据、计算机辅助设计三维构建至快速成形机制作出产品作为一整套方案,可初步实现可摘局部义齿支架的计算机辅助设计与制作。
OBJECTIVE To explore a feasible solution to the Kennedy second subclass dentition defect model by computer-aided design and production of removable partial denture scaffolds, and lay the foundation for the further study of this topic. Methods Three-dimensional data of Kennedy second subclass dentition defect plaster was obtained by laser scanning. The outline of the scaffold was drawn on the reconstructed three-dimensional digital dental model. The data in the contour were extracted as the tissue surface data of the scaffold. Shell and other operations to obtain a three-dimensional model of the stent. The data into the rapid prototyping equipment, machining forming. Results The computer aided design of the removable partial denture support was initially achieved, and the stent resin mold was fabricated by rapid prototyping. Conclusions The laser scan acquisition of data, computer-aided design three-dimensional structure to the rapid prototyping mechanism to make the product as a set of programs, initially implement the removable partial denture support computer-aided design and production.
