目的:探讨急性缺血性脑血管病患者脑循环血液动力学参数的变化,提高临床救治水平。方法:使用LH-450型脑血管动力学检测仪,对53例脑梗塞患者、34例短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者和28例正常人脑血流量、脑血管阻力等血液动力学参数进行了对比研究。结果:脑梗塞、TIA患者早期脑血流量下降,脑血管阻力增加。脑梗塞24h和3d病灶侧脑血流量明显下降,脑血管阻力增加,24h病灶对侧较正常对照组脑血流量下降。结论:脑梗塞和TIA早期脑血管阻力增加,脑血流量明显下降,显示脑血管调节功能减弱。脑血液动力学参数及时和准确地反映了脑循环的动态变化,这对指导临床扩血管药物的使用有重要的实用价值
Objective: To investigate the change of hemodynamic parameters of cerebral circulation in patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease and to improve the level of clinical treatment. Methods: The hemodynamic parameters such as cerebral blood flow and cerebral vascular resistance of 53 patients with cerebral infarction, 34 patients with transient ischemic attack (TIA) and 28 normal subjects were measured by LH-450 cerebral vasodynamic analyzer Conducted a comparative study. Results: Cerebral infarction, TIA patients with early cerebral blood flow decreased, cerebral vascular resistance increased. Cerebral infarction 24h and 3d lesion side cerebral blood flow decreased significantly, increased resistance to cerebrovascular disease, contralateral 24h side compared with the normal control group decreased cerebral blood flow. Conclusion: Cerebral infarction and early TIA increased cerebral vascular resistance, cerebral blood flow decreased significantly, indicating that cerebrovascular regulatory function weakened. Cerebral hemodynamic parameters reflect the dynamic changes of the cerebral circulation timely and accurately, which has important practical value for guiding the use of clinical vasodilators
