以谐波和噪声实验为基础 ,建立滚动轴承表面谐波分布模型 ,研究谐波分布参数对轴承噪声声压级的影响规律 ,得出控制噪声的最优谐波控制线方程。对 62 0 3轴承的噪声实验研究表明 ,所给出的最优轴承噪声声压级函数的预测误差很小 ,大约为 4d B。鉴于谐波分布参数可以在机械制造过程中控制 ,因此在轴承零件制造过程中控制装配后的成品轴承的噪声将变为现实。
Based on the harmonic and noise experiments, the surface harmonic distribution model of rolling bearing was established and the influence law of harmonic distribution parameters on the sound pressure level of bearing noise was studied. The optimal harmonic control line equation of control noise was obtained. An experimental study of the noise of a 6200 bearing shows that the prediction error for the optimal bearing noise sound pressure level function is small, approximately 4d B. Since the harmonic distribution parameters can be controlled during the machine manufacturing process, it becomes a reality to control the noise of the assembled finished bearings during manufacture of the bearing parts.
