报道用传统公认的致吐剂硫酸铜灌服或静脉注射，以家兔为实验动物，以体表胃电为观察指标，成功制作呕吐动物模型。设对照组、灌服ＣｕＳＯ４组，静脉注射ＣｕＳＯ４组进行用药前后的胃电观察，发现用药组在用药前后，胃电变化有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）或非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。认为此动物模型可用于证实中药方剂的止吐效果，并为其止吐机理的探讨找到一条新的途径。
Reported with the traditional recognized emetic agent copper sulfate or fed intravenously to rabbits as experimental animals to the body surface and stomach as the observation indicators, the successful production of vomiting animal model. The control group, CuSO4 group and CuSO4 group were given intravenous injection of CuSO4 before and after treatment. The results showed that there was significant difference (P <0.05) or very significant difference (P < 0.01). It is concluded that this animal model can be used to confirm the antiemetic effect of traditional Chinese medicine prescription and to find a new way for its antiemetic mechanism.
