校长职业道德和谐一是指校长在职业活动中各种利益诉求的协调共进;二是指校长在管理校内外事务中各种道德的最优共在。其特征包括公德与私德、底线道德与高尚道德、集团道德与社会道德的和谐。校长职业道德和谐有利于加强中小学校长职业道德的自律,有利于促进和谐校园的建设,有利于推动和谐社会职业道德的建设。中小学校长职业道德和谐需要提高校长职业道德认识,提升道德修养;培养校长职业道德情感,确立道德理想;磨砺校长职业道德意志,坚定道德信念;规范校长职业道德行为,促进校长职业道德自律。
The principals ’professional ethics harmony refers to the principals’ coordination and cooperation of various interest demands in their professional activities.
