Objective To investigate the effect of GMs quality assessment on the follow-up of high-risk infants and the rehabilitation of nerve injury. Methods Eighty-six high-risk neonates were evaluated on a regular GMs quality, with early interventions on professional guidance of abnormal results and combination of home and hospital rehabilitation. Summarized its clinical effect. Results During the exercise phase, the GMs of 16.28% of the GMs were DA and 37.21% of the MA were writhing. After early intervention, 6.98% of the GMs were DA and 2.91% of the MA were in the unrunning phase. The differences between the two phases were statistically significant (P <0.01) ). Among them, 3 cases of cerebral palsy were diagnosed after 12 months old, all of them were mild. Retrospective analysis of children with cerebral palsy writhing and anxiety phase GMs are abnormal, and have F-. The unhealthy movement phase GMs continued to show significant abnormalities in 5 cases, developed into cerebral palsy in 3 cases (60%). Conclusion The quality assessment of GMs can be used as a tool to screen and guide the treatment of high-risk children and nerve injury. The method is simple and non-invasive, and parents are highly suitable for popularization.
