现代理论认为,内侧颞叶是颞叶癫痫的主要癫痫源,内、外侧颞叶均参与了颞叶癫痫活动,但其关系尚未明了。文章作者利用动态因果模型(dynamic causal modeling,DCM)研究内、外侧颞叶在颞叶癫痫中的作用,将间期痫样活动作为对设计模型的扰动,贝叶斯估计法评估DCM模型的各参数值,通过贝叶斯因子选择最佳的设计模型,得出内侧颞叶与同侧外侧颞叶皮层之间的效应连接。发现内侧颞叶是癫痫活动的前级传导区域。
Modern theory that the medial temporal lobe is the main epilepsy temporal lobe epilepsy, medial and lateral temporal lobe are involved in the temporal lobe epilepsy activity, but the relationship has not yet been clarified. The authors used dynamic causal modeling (DCM) to study the effect of the medial and lateral temporal lobes in temporal lobe epilepsy. Interphase epileptiform activity was used as a perturbation to the design model. Bayesian estimation was used to assess each of the DCM models Parameter values, the optimal design model was selected by Bayesian factor, and the effector connection between medial temporal lobe and ipsilateral lateral temporal cortex was obtained. The medial temporal lobe was found to be the anterior conductive area of epileptic activity.
