中原油田分公司采油三厂卫二油藏经营管理区地处河南山东两省境内,管辖卫城油田卫2块、卫81块、卫229块、卫37块、卫20块等共计5个开发单元及部分零散井。区域构造位于东濮凹陷北端,横跨中央隆起带,地质条件复杂,属于低渗透油藏,探明含油面积11.7Km2,地质储量1374×104t,可采地质储量485×104t,水驱控制储量1214×104t,水驱动用储量890×104t,采油速度为0.75%,采液速度为7.35%,地质采出程度为26.84%,采收率为35.3%,共有油井108口,多为游梁式抽油机,游梁式抽油机为四连杆“硬”连接结构,机械性能好,适应野外全天候连续运转是游梁式抽油机的最大优点。但游梁式抽油机存在着效率低、能耗高、冲程损失大、平衡度调整难度大、冲次、冲程调整范围小等问题。受举升方式的制约,油田机采系统效率提升空间逐步缩小。供液充足、高液量、高含水油井产量的提高,油田机采系统效率的提升,吨油单耗、吨液单耗的降低,乃至油井躺井控制水平的提高,必须选择合适的抽油设备。

Restricted by the lifting mode, the efficiency of oil-field machine-mining systems has been gradually reduced. Sufficient liquid supply, high liquid volume, high water cut oil production increase, the improvement of the efficiency of the oil field machine mining system, tons of oil unit consumption, ton liquid consumption reduction, and even the well control of the well, must choose the appropriate pumping equipment.
