车体的强度计算多采用ANSYS软件,计算功能的强大是该软件的优势,但对于大规模复杂模型来说整个计算过程中建模的时间占了很大一部分,如何提高建模速度是提高整个计算速度的关键,现就这一问题提出一种有效的新方法,即将APDL参数化语言应用到建模的过程中,针对较为复杂的问题编写相应的宏文件进行批处理,将界面操作与APDL操作相结合,以参数化建模处理为主,界面操作为辅,利用这种方法成功建立了一大型机车车辆车体模型并完成了静强度计算,用时只为界面操作的1/2,与传统方法相比大大的提高了建模的速度与精度。
The strength calculation of the car body mostly adopts ANSYS software. How to improve the modeling speed is to improve the whole Nowadays, the key to computing speed is to propose an effective new method to solve this problem. APDL parametric language is applied to the process of modeling. For the more complex problems, we write the corresponding macro file for batch processing, The combination of the operation, the parameterized modeling and the interface operation, the successful establishment of a large locomotive and rolling stock vehicle body model and the completion of the static strength calculation, the time-consuming operation of only 1/2 of the interface, and The traditional method greatly improves the speed and accuracy of modeling.
