1999年10月26～27日上海铁路局在合肥工务段举行了第3届计量技术比武。来自蚌埠、南京、上海、杭州和福州5个分局,以及上海工程总公司等单位所属的42个基层单位的52名选手进行了“长度通用量具”、“铁路轨距尺”、“压力表”、“万用表”、“绝缘电阻表”5个项目的比武。选手们经过2天紧张、有序的理论考试,实际操作比赛,经本届计量技术比武裁判组打分和组委会审定,决出了5个比赛
From October 26 to October 27, 1999, Shanghai Railway Administration held the 3rd Measurement Technology Competition in Hefei Public Works Section. Fifty-two athletes from 42 grassroots units including Bengbu, Nanjing, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Fuzhou, as well as Shanghai Construction Engineering Corporation and other units, conducted “General Gauge of Length”, “Rail Gauge”, “Gauge” , “Multimeter”, “insulation resistance meter” five projects of the contest. Players after two days of intense and orderly theoretical tests, the actual operation of the game, the current measurement technology contest referee group scoring and organizing committee finalized five games
