目的:评价双源CT双能量扫描在肺部良恶性肿块的诊断与鉴别方面的意义。方法:选我院确诊肺部出现肿块的68例患者为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,经双源CT双能量扫描后记录肿块面积大小及CT值,分析其检测结果与肺部肿块情况的关系。结果:相比对照组的数值,观察组在肿块大小、容积平均CT值等均明显升高,P<0.05;三者曲线比较其中结核瘤曲线最为平缓,而恶性肿瘤曲线最为陡峭,其斜率分别为-0.98±0.47、-1.26±0.51、-1.85±0.53。结论:双源CT双能量扫描能够鉴别肺部肿块的大小,并能在数值上对其良恶性及病情进展进行诊断。
Objective: To evaluate the significance of dual-source CT dual-energy scan in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant lung mass. Methods: Sixty-eight patients diagnosed as lumps in the lung of our hospital were selected as research object and divided into observation group and control group. The area and CT value of the lumps were recorded after dual-energy CT dual-energy scanning. The relationship between the situation. Results: Compared with the control group, the size of the tumor in the observation group was significantly increased (P <0.05); the curve of tuberculoma was the most gentle in the three curves, and the steepest curve of the malignant tumor was observed -0.98 ± 0.47, -1.26 ± 0.51, -1.85 ± 0.53. Conclusion: Dual-source CT dual-energy scan can identify the size of the lung mass and can numerically analyze its benign and malignant status and its progression.
