为研究不同干燥方法对刺五加多糖含量的影响,以喷雾干燥和冷冻干燥的方法对提取的刺五加多糖进行干燥处理,用苯酚-硫酸法和蒽酮-硫酸法测定其含量,并比较两种测定法的方法学指标和数据。结果表明:冷冻干燥法优于喷雾干燥法,刺五加多糖在干燥过程中损失显著减少;二种方法的测定结果无显著性差异,且准确可靠,但刺五加多糖含量测定采用苯酚-浓硫酸法更为灵敏,简便易行,可作为刺五加多糖制剂的质控方法。
In order to study the effect of different drying methods on the polysaccharide content of Acanthopanax senticosus, the extracted Acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharides were dried by spray-drying and freeze-drying methods, and their contents were determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method and anthrone-sulfuric acid method, and compared. Methodological indicators and data for both assays. The results showed that the freeze drying method was superior to the spray drying method, and the loss of Acanthopanax Senticosus polysaccharide was significantly reduced during the drying process; the results of the two methods showed no significant difference, and they were accurate and reliable, but the determination of the polysaccharide content of Acanthopanax senticosus was conducted with phenol-concentration. Sulfuric acid method is more sensitive and simple, and can be used as a quality control method for Acanthopanax Polysaccharide preparations.
