对5 mm厚的2024铝合金板材进行了无倾角搅拌摩擦搭接试验,研究搅拌工具转速、焊接速度、下压量对焊接质量的影响,并优化了工艺参数。采用优化后工艺进行重复搅拌试验,研究重复搅拌消除缺陷的作用原理,并分析了焊道微观组织。结果表明,搅拌工具转速、焊接速度对焊接质量的影响较为显著,参数在转速1000 r/min,焊接速度300 mm/min时取得较好的焊接效果,与此值偏差越大焊接质量越差。下压量对焊接质量的影响较小。在转速1000r/min、焊接速度300 mm/min、下压量0.2 mm下进行重复搅拌,可实现无缺陷焊接;搅拌后核心区和轴肩影响区组织平均晶粒尺寸远小于母材组织。
The non-tilting stir friction lap test was carried out on 5 mm thick 2024 aluminum alloy plate to study the influence of stirring speed, welding speed and pressing amount on welding quality, and to optimize the process parameters. The optimized mixing process was used to conduct the repeated stirring test. The principle of repeated stirring to eliminate the defects was studied and the microstructure of the weld bead was analyzed. The results show that the influence of stirring speed and welding speed on the welding quality is significant. The welding parameters are good at the speed of 1000 r / min and the welding speed of 300 mm / min. The worse the welding quality is, the worse the welding quality is. The impact of the amount of pressure on the welding quality is small. Under the conditions of 1000r / min speed, 300mm / min welding speed and 0.2mm under-pressure, the defect-free welding can be achieved. The average grain size in the core zone and shoulder affected zone after mixing is much smaller than that of the base metal.
