在水处理系统供水方面,由于采用传统的水箱供水等方式,同样也存在体积和投资大,液位变化大,运行效率低,电能损耗大,运行费用高等缺点。本设计正是从实际出发,用PLC统一控制与调度整个系统。设计大大简化整个系统的设备,提高系统的稳定性和集成度,提高控制精度和系统的可靠性,同时设有操作员/工程师站,实现人机界面(HMI)监测和控制,控制程序可随工艺流程改变,从而大大提高水处理过程的自动化程度。
In the aspect of water supply of water treatment system, due to the traditional way of water supply in the water tank, the disadvantages of large volume and investment, large liquid level change, low operation efficiency, large power loss and high operation cost are also existed. The design is from the reality, with the PLC unified control and scheduling the entire system. The design greatly simplifies the entire system of equipment, improves system stability and integration, improves control accuracy and system reliability, and has an operator / engineer station for human-machine interface (HMI) monitoring and control. The control program can be used with Process changes, which greatly improve the degree of automation of water treatment process.
