通过对连铸机结晶器振动机构的运动学和动力学分析,研究了导向板弹簧的弹性变形、连杆轴承间隙等结构参数及振幅、振动频率等运动参数对结晶器仿弧误差的影响。
Through the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the vibration mechanism of the continuous casting mold, the influence of the structural parameters such as the elastic deformation of the guide plate spring and the clearance of the connecting rod bearing and the motion parameters such as amplitude and vibration frequency on the simulated arc error of the mold were studied.
