利用气垫式热处理技术进行固溶处理是生产高表面质量、高性能铝合金板带材的重要途径,带材张力的稳定控制是实现该技术工程应用的关键环节之一。以某厂铝合金汽车板热处理生产线为背景,对张力控制技术进行系统研究,提出了生产线张力控制体系架构,给出了适用气垫式热处理过程的张力控制策略,并应用于大工业生产。张力控制系统运行稳定,控制精确,较好地满足了工业生产的实际需要,为铝合金汽车板产品的稳定生产提供了坚实的基础。
The use of air-cushion heat treatment for solution treatment is an important way to produce high surface quality and high performance aluminum alloy strip. Stable control of strip tension is one of the key steps in the application of this technology engineering. Based on the aluminum alloy automobile plate heat treatment production line of a factory, the tension control technology was systematically studied. The tension control system of the production line was put forward. The tension control strategy for air-cushion heat treatment was given and applied to large-scale industrial production. Tension control system running stable, accurate control, better meet the actual needs of industrial production, aluminum alloy automotive products for the stable production provides a solid foundation.
