目的建立HPLC测定枳壳中川陈皮素的方法。方法选用色谱柱为EclipseXDB-C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(55∶45),检测波长330nm,体积流量为1.0mL/min,柱温25℃。结果川陈皮素进样量在61.4~614ng与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.99981,n=6);川陈皮素的加样回收率99.81%(RSD=2.38%)。结论该法简便、准确、可靠,可作为枳壳药材中川陈皮素测定的有效方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of nobile nobiletin in Fructus Aurantii. Methods The column was EclipseXDB-C18 (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (55:45). The detection wavelength was 330nm. The volume flow rate was 1.0mL / min and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results The yield of nobiletin was linear with the peak area of 61.4 ~ 614ng (r = 0.99981, n = 6). The recovery of nobiletin was 99.81% (RSD = 2.38%). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable and can be used as an effective method for the determination of necutarial nobiletin in Fructus aurantii.
