It is very important to engage in education work and form some basic ideas in education and teaching. In this respect, I have had some immature ideas and practices and I would like to teach them to Fang Jia. First, guide students to actively participate in the learning process. Professor Schwab of the University of Chicago has proposed the “inquiry learning” method. He said: “The inquiry learning is such a process: In the process of studying the objective world, through the active participation of children, develop the ability to explore and gain an understanding of the objective world. The foundation of science - the concept of science. ”“The so-called teaching of disciplines is not instilling knowledge as a result, but rather in guiding the process of children’s participation in the formation of knowledge.” For both the teacher and the learner, there is also a clear guide. Role. When teaching, teachers should pay special attention to guide students to have interest in the knowledge and things they have learned. Problems encountered are often solved by scientific teaching methods such as “heuristic” and “analysis and comparison”; students are required to use their own minds to obtain it. Knowledge, understanding and solving new problems; also pay attention to the learning of demonstration practice, guide students to pay attention to observation of various natural and social phenomena, and through the phenomenon, from the table It rises to the essence of understanding and extracts the law. I think this is very important, as Bruner said: “The so-called knowledge is the process, not the conclusion.” In this regard, we must also work hard on the strengths of the students. Guided by, for example, some students can sing and dance, some students are good at painting, some students are good at reading aloud, and read articles very fluently and swiftly. In this regard, students can often be organized to perform poetry readings and perform some art exhibitions. This will not only help students maintain a healthy psychological mechanism, but also give full play to the students’ personality and intelligence.
