课程改革不仅仅是对教师教学方式和学生学习方式的改革,还是对教师教学评价、学生学习评价的改革。传统的评价由于目标的单一、功能的偏移,束缚了学生的发展。为了发现与发展学生多方面的潜能,帮助学生认识自我、建立自信,从科学的关注个体差异、正确的进行多方面的评价、恰当的运用多种评价方法等方面来形成有益于学生全面发展的评价思想、评价体系。我在课堂教学中主要运用了四种评价方法:老师评价学生,学生评价学生,学生评价老师,学生自我评价。四种方法并用,充分调动了学生求知的积极性,促进学生主动发展。

I mainly use four kinds of evaluation methods in classroom teaching: teacher evaluation student, student evaluation student, student evaluation teacher, student self-evaluation. Four methods and use, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students seeking knowledge and promote the initiative of students.
