目的探讨外源性硫化氢(H2S)对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞凋亡的影响。方法体外培养人胃癌SGC-7901细胞,分为两组,对照组细胞正常培养,硫氢化钠(NaHS)组使用浓度为800μmol/L的NaHS作用于胃癌细胞12h,流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率。结果 NaHS组细胞早期凋亡率、晚期凋亡率均显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论外源性H2S可以促进人胃癌细胞的凋亡。
Objective To investigate the effect of exogenous hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on the apoptosis of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901. Methods Human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells were cultured in vitro and divided into two groups. The cells in the control group were cultured normally. Sodium hydrogen sulfide (NaHS) group was treated with NaHS at a concentration of 800 μmol / L for 12 h, and the apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry rate. Results The rates of early apoptosis and late apoptosis in NaHS group were significantly higher than those in control group (p <0.05). Conclusion Exogenous H2S can promote the apoptosis of human gastric cancer cells.
