本文第一部分分析了轴流无叶喷咀内部流动,进行了内部流场计算。提出了损失模型及减少损失和控制损失分布,以及合理选择喷咀型线的途径。对不同喷咀型线进行了实测,在一定范围内提供了设计用的有关实验数据。第二部分对一已有透平级按第一部分的方法设计了无叶喷咀,进行了级特性实验,测量了级间间隙中的有关气流参数。实验结果表明,轴流无叶喷咀透平级具有良好的实用价值,它适用于单级(如增压透平)透平,或多级透平的第一级。
In the first part of this paper, the internal flow of the non-leaf nozzle with axial flow is analyzed and the internal flow field is calculated. Proposed a loss model and reduce the loss and control the distribution of losses, as well as a reasonable choice of nozzle line approach. The different nozzle profiles were measured, the design of the experimental data provided within a certain range. In the second part, a non-leaf nozzle was designed on the basis of the first part of an existing turbine stage. The experiment of grade characteristic was carried out. The relevant airflow parameters in the interstage gap were measured. The experimental results show that the axial non-leaf nozzle turbine stage has good practical value, which is suitable for single stage (such as turbocharger turbine) turbine, or multi-stage turbine first stage.
