团队建设与管理对于企业经营与管理非常必要。企业应按照成员拥有共同的价值观、共同目标、角色配置多元性的要求来组建经营团队,应通过感情投入促成成员对团队的强烈归属感与一体感、采用利益分享培养成员对团队事务尽心尽力、运用责任共担强化成员间的相互协作与共同责任心来培养团队精神;应通过建立良好的分工与协作机制、打造有利于科学决策的组织管理体制、营造良好的信任、默契的沟通氛围、强化团队行动执行力与打造快速的危机应急反应能力等的管理措施和办法促进团队良性运作。
