采用完全随机试验设计,应用温室盆栽试验方法,研究16个月生希蒙得木实生苗在不同土壤水分条件下的生物量分配。7个希蒙得木种源参加试验,用控制浇水的方法设7个水分梯度。结果表明:在水分胁迫下,与对照相比,7个种源的希蒙得木总生物量分别下降了26.40%,37.22%,30.26%,20.11%,27.22%,30.41%,34.17%;地上部分生物量占总生物量的比例逐渐降低,地下部分生物量占总生物量的比例逐渐增加,变幅为1.64%,2.00%,2.31%,2.15%,1.85%,2.67%,2.14%;根冠比分别是对照的110.68%,147.54%,171.96%,152.36%,152.29%,226.11%,152.76%。
A completely randomized trial design was used to study the biomass allocation of 16-month-old seedlings of M. johnsoni under different soil moisture conditions. Seven Simmonds provenances were tested, and seven water gradients were set by controlling watering. The results showed that under the water stress, the total biomass of jojoba decreased by 26.40%, 37.22%, 30.26%, 20.11%, 27.22%, 30.41%, 34.17% The proportion of some biomass to total biomass decreased gradually, and the proportion of biomass to total biomass gradually increased, ranging from 1.64%, 2.00%, 2.31%, 2.15%, 1.85%, 2.67%, 2.14% The crown ratios were 110.68%, 147.54%, 171.96%, 152.36%, 152.29%, 226.11% and 152.76% of the control respectively.
