轨道交通通信系统是一个复杂的综合性专用通信网和运营管理的中枢神经,包含传输、交换、电源和视频监控等近20个子系统。综合网络管理系统(INMS)与传输、交换等各子系统交互,集中收集和统一发送告警信息,屏蔽一般的和可恢复的告警,过滤出严重告警并打印和报警。控制中心通过调度电话及时通知现场运营维护人员去现场维护,因此只需1名人员监视1个屏幕,从而节约人力成本,大幅降低运营管理复杂度和运营成本(OPEX),提高运行效率和准点率。
