目的 观察环孢菌素A(CsA)对儿童过敏性紫癜 (HSP)T细胞功能状态的干预作用。方法 采用流式细胞技术及ELISA法检测PBMC细胞膜上CD40L表达及PBMC培养上清中细胞因子水平。结果 CsA在体外具有纠正HSP患儿PBMC异常表达CD40L的作用 (P <0 0 5 ) ,并抑制TH2类细胞因子 (IL 4、IL 5、IL 6 )的过度产生 ,使TH1类细胞因子 (IL 2、IFN γ)的释放进一步减少 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 CsA具有显著抑制HSP患儿T细胞功能作用 ,尤其是对T细胞亚群 (TH1)细胞的功能抑制更强
Objective To observe the intervention of cyclosporin A (CsA) on functional status of T cells in children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura (HSP). Methods Flow cytometry and ELISA were used to detect CD40L expression in PBMC and cytokine levels in PBMC culture supernatant. Results CsA had the effect of correcting the aberrant CD40L expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (P <0 05) and inhibiting the overproduction of TH 2 cytokines (IL 4, IL 5 and IL 6) 2, IFN γ) release was further reduced (P <0 0 5). Conclusion CsA can significantly inhibit the function of T cells in children with HSP, especially in the suppression of T cell subsets (TH1) cells
