管理中常会发生这样一些现象,当管理者按照一般的管理原则进行管理时,却会出现一些令管理者事与愿违的结果,这种违背自己初衷的状况常使管理者处于一种尴尬的境地。 问题越解决越多 有些管理者从开始进行管理时就决心要解决企业存在的一切问题。这种观念本身就是一个严重的错误。任何时候任何企业总会存在一些这样或那样的问题,有问题的存在才是正常的,没有问题反而不正常。管理者要允许问题的存在,特别是要允许那些无关紧要问题的存在。
Such phenomena often occur in the management. When managers manage according to general management principles, some unexpected consequences occur to the managers. Such a situation contrary to their original intention often puts managers in an awkward position. The more problems the more resolved, some managers from the beginning to manage determined to solve all the problems existing in the enterprise. This concept itself is a serious mistake. Managers want to allow the existence of problems, especially to allow the existence of those irrelevant issues.
