医院的思想政治工作侧面反映国家的政策方针,并且在医院的发展过程中起着主导的作用。在新型医疗条件下,医院的思想政治工作更应该做好,从而促进医院的发展。本文提出以创先争优活动为载体,在新的医改形势下开展医院思想政治工作,从而探讨出医院的思想政治工作新思路。 The hospital’s ideological and political work reflects the country’s policy guidelines and plays a leading role in the development of the hospital. Under the new medical conditions, the ideological and political work of the hospital should be done better so as to promote the development of the hospital.
