企业组织的精神观念和思维意志,往往取决于高层领导者或者创始人、一把手,但恰恰是他们主导了事情复杂化这一行为。在组织管理层面,西方的思维观念擅长于疏导并形成合力,东方尤其是中国的思维观念擅长于制衡并制造焦虑。但归结起来,无论东西亢在企业层面上,占据主导地位的思维观念,无不是通过把事情做复杂来体现掌控力,来浑水摸鱼,并且乐此不疲,最终作茧自缚。在组织管理中,通过把事情搞复杂来体现掌控力,主要表现在以下几个方面:把事情搅浑而后渔利;搞内部平衡,互相牵
