修建一座水工建筑物,有许多种方案,有的方案是过去积累的带有经验性的(风险小,但投资大),有的方案是具有现代计算理论和最新技术的(风险大,但投资省),还有些方案可能更为新颖(但目前却是未知的),到底采用哪一种方案?“修建水工建筑物”这个特定的条件迫使人们要作出决策.决策是否正确,是否合理,小则关系到能否达到预期的目的,大则决定工程的成败.因此,对结构设计进行多方面多层次的探讨是非常必要的.
