国内企业目前的培训尚存在缺乏系统性、可持续性、为培训而培训等问题,如何构建基于企业战略要求的系统综合、动态发展的培训体系日显重要,本文就该培训体系的内涵、设计原则和建设中的关键影响因素进行了探讨。
The current training of domestic enterprises still lacks the problems of systematicness, sustainability, and training for training. How to build a comprehensive and dynamic training system based on corporate strategic requirements is increasingly important. This paper will focus on the connotation and design of the training system. Principles and key factors in construction were discussed.
