为了建立宫衣净酊中盐酸水苏碱的HPLC测定方法,采用的色谱条件为色谱柱为赛分Sepax polar-propylamide(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-2 mL/L的冰醋酸(65∶35),流速为0.5mL/min,进样量10μL,柱温为30℃。检测器参数为飘逸管温度为105℃,雾化室的温度为60℃,载气体积流量为1.0 mL/min。结果表明,在此色谱条件下,盐酸水苏碱的线性范围0.155 mg/mL~248.00mg/mL(R~2=0.999 9,n=6),平均回收率为95.46%(RSD=1.08%)。说明本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可以作为宫衣净酊的质量控制方法。
In order to establish an HPLC method for the determination of stachydrine in Gongyi tincture, the chromatographic conditions were as follows: Sepax polar-propylamide (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile-2 mL / L Glacial acetic acid (65:35) at a flow rate of 0.5 mL / min.
