[目的]为筛选出可高效利用木质素、半纤维素的草菇菌株,以促进草菇生产。[方法]以V9、V11、V广、V展1、V展2、V信丰6个草菇菌株进行透明圈法测定,愈创木酚氧化显色观测,过氧化酶显色观测。[结果]6个菌株均能利用木质素、半纤维素,但其能力有差异。V展1、V信丰能高效利用木质素、半纤维素。[结论]从草菇品种中筛选了可高效利用木质素、半纤维素的菌株V展1和V信丰,对促进草菇生产有积极的意义。
[Objective] The research aimed to screen the mushroom strains which can efficiently use lignin and hemicellulose to promote the mushroom production. [Method] The determination of 6 strains of mushroom strains V9, V11, V Guang, V show 1, V show 2, V Xinfeng by the transparent circle method, the observation of guaiacol oxidation and the observation of peroxidase color. [Result] All six strains could utilize lignin and hemicellulose, but their capacities were different. V Show 1, V letter abundance of efficient use of lignin, hemicellulose. [Conclusion] The strains V show 1 and V Xinfeng, which can effectively use lignin and hemicellulose, were screened from the straw mushroom varieties, which has a positive meaning to promote straw mushroom production.
