为研究不同剂量的微波急性辐射家兔睾丸对血睾屏障的影响。作者用频率为 2 45 0MHz ,最大输出功率为 2 5W的微波 ,对家兔阴囊进行辐射 ,使家兔阴囊皮肤温度分别升到 40℃、42℃、44℃ ,维持 2 0分钟。于停止辐射后 6 0分钟处死动物 ,分别取左右睾丸组织各约 1mm3 ,制备电镜标本 ,在透射电镜下进行观察。对照组动物除不被辐射外 ,其他处理同实验组。结果对照组可见硝酸镧在精原细胞外形成镧沉淀线。 40℃组电镜下所见与对照组基本相同。 42℃组可见镧沉淀线包绕生精上皮第一层细胞 ,并向管腔面延伸一短段距离 ,未越过紧密连接。 44℃组可见到镧颗粒进入支持细胞 ,并沿胞浆向管腔部延伸。结论为微波加热家兔睾丸升温到 40℃~ 42℃时 ,微波对血睾屏障基本没有影响。睾丸温度为 44℃时 ,支持细胞膜受到损伤 ,这可能对血睾屏障构成威胁。
To study the effects of different doses of microwave irradiation on testis in rabbits with blood testis barrier. The authors used the microwaves with the frequency of 2 45 0MHz and the maximum output power of 25 W to irradiate the scrotum of rabbit so that the skin temperature of rabbit scrotum rose to 40 ℃, 42 ℃ and 44 ℃ respectively for 20 minutes. Animals were sacrificed 60 minutes after the radiation was stopped, and about 1 mm3 each of the left and right testicular tissues was taken. Electron microscopy specimens were prepared and observed under a transmission electron microscope. In addition to the control group animals were not irradiated, the other treatment with the experimental group. Results In the control group, lanthanum nitrate could form lanthanum precipitation line outside the spermatogonia. 40 ℃ group electron microscopy and control group basically the same. 42 ℃ group visible lanthanum precipitation line wrapped around the first layer of spermatogenic epithelial cells, and to the lumen surface to extend a short distance, not over the tight connection. 44 ℃ group can be seen lanthanum particles into the supporting cells, and along the cytoplasm to the lumen extension. Conclusion Microwave heating rabbit testes warmed to 40 ℃ ~ 42 ℃, the microwave had no effect on the blood testis barrier. Testes temperature 44 ℃, supporting the cell membrane damage, which may pose a threat to the blood testis barrier.
