一、概述木铵化学注浆材料由亚硫酸盐纸浆废液、尿素、甲醛和硝酸铵组成。由废液中的木质磺酸钙系芳香族结构,并有磺酸根、羟基、甲氧基等活性基团,故废液与尿素甲醛在硝酸铵的作用下能发生缩合反应,生成强度很高的胶体。其中,木质磺酸钙和NH_4~+离子对强度起着很重要的作用,由此取名为“木铵”。
