珊瑚断枝移植是恢复珊瑚礁生境的有效手段,文章尝试提供一种在水下反应时间短,凝胶速度快,毒性低不污染环境的环氧胶粘剂及其制备方法,可为以后珊瑚礁生境恢复工作提供理论依据及技术支持。实验结果表明:E44和T31固化剂获得剪切强度与凝胶时间较为符合要求,分别达到了2.72 MPa和33min;在此基础上通过加入不同配比偶联剂、促进剂、稀释剂等,抗剪切强度提高至4.24 MPa,凝胶时间缩短至24 min;胶黏剂凝胶2 h后,抗剪切力显著增加,此后缓慢提升。确定了自制的水下环氧树脂最优配方:E44占57%,T31占33%,KH560占1.14%,增韧剂占2.85%,促进剂占1.65%,填料合计占2%。
