在桃树的育苗中,种子都是经过冷冻,进行一段时间的层积处理,再用于播种。因为经过层积处理后,种子内各种酶的活性加强,化学物质发生转化,抑制着种子萌发的脱落酸等化学物质含量下降,促使种子萌发的主要物质赤霉素相应增加。
