Zic1作为编码具有锌指结构转录因子基因家族的一员,在调节生物发育过程中扮演者至关重要的作用。该基因的异常表达还与多种肿瘤如髓母细胞瘤、子宫内膜癌、间叶组织肿瘤和胃肠癌的发生、发展密切相关。深入研究Zic1在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用及其分子调控机制,将对认识肿瘤的发病机制提供重要的分子靶点和理论依据。
Zic1, as a member of the gene family encoding the zinc finger transcription factor, plays a crucial role in the regulation of biological development. Abnormal expression of this gene is also closely related to the occurrence and development of various tumors such as medulloblastoma, endometrial cancer, mesenchymal tumor and gastrointestinal cancer. In-depth study of Zic1 in tumorigenesis and development and its molecular regulation mechanism, will provide important molecular targets and theoretical basis for understanding the pathogenesis of tumors.
