目的:建立液状祛痘类化妆品中甲硝唑的近红外定性分析模型,用于快速对该类产品添加甲硝唑的筛查。方法:采集样品近红外漫反射光谱,采用一致性分析方法建立模型。结果:20个验证集样品预测准确率75%。结论:所建模型能对液状祛痘类化妆品中甲硝唑进行预测,方法简便、迅速,可用于协助市场监督筛查。
Objective: To establish a near-infrared qualitative analysis model of metronidazole in liquid anti-acne cosmetics for the rapid screening of metronidazole added to these products. Methods: The near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectra of samples were collected and the model was established by the method of consistency analysis. Results: 20 validation samples were predicted with an accuracy of 75%. Conclusion: The model can predict metronidazole in liquid anti-acne cosmetics. The method is simple and rapid and can be used to assist the market supervision and screening.
