目的寻找简便方法来观察动物接噪的个体差异,并研究其生物学基础.方法按大鼠接噪〔100DB(A)〕0?5H血压和心率的变化,将大鼠分为A、B两类,再观察接噪〔105DB(A)〕15W,各类大鼠血压动态变化,并分析各类大鼠脑各区及血浆去甲肾上腺素(NE)、神经肽Y(NPY)及降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)与血压的关系.结果A类反应大鼠接噪8W后,血压明显升高,下丘脑NE暴露4W后明显增加,8W后血浆NE明显增加、CGRP明显降低;暴露1W下丘脑CGRP便明显下降,而下丘脑NPY15W方开始增加.结论噪声作用下血压升高,NE参与调节起主导作用,CGRP、NPY均参与调节.“,”Objective Tosearchasimplewayforobservingdifferenceinindividualeffectofexposuretonoiseandtostudyitsbiologicalmechanisms.
