利用粉末冶金工艺,采用两种混料方法制备了弥散铜-MoS2复合材料,对制备的试样进行了物相、显微组织和力学性能分析,并探讨了制备工艺对该复合材料组织与性能的影响。结果表明,该复合粉末经高能球磨后,聚集了大量的畸变能、缺陷能以及表面能,并储存在细化后的复合粉末颗粒表面、晶界以及缺陷中,致使球磨机混料法制备的材料密度、硬度和导电率低于用常规混料方法制备的材料性能。
