当我们收到7月7日中国消费者报后,打开一看,一、四版是中国消费者报,二、三版是健康报,大家大为惊讶,议论纷纷。估计可能是印刷工人上错了版。一家印刷厂承印几家报纸的情况,在全国各地为数不少,为什么别的印刷厂没有发生这类问题,而唯独体育报印刷厂发生了呢?我认为,该厂应该严肃地检查一下规章制度是否健全?执行中存在什么漏洞?是有章不循,还是无章可循?中国消费者报也应该严肃地检查一下,你们那里是否设有第一读者?如有,为什么没有发现?他们的责任心哪里去了?
