高速公路石方路堑爆破开挖工法研究

分析了目前高速公路路堑爆破开挖施工方法,提出了岩石路堑爆破开挖必须综合考虑岩性、地形地貌和周围环境状况,采用优化的爆破施工方法。参照隧道围岩的分级方法,对路基岩石进行了分级探讨,坚硬岩石采用预裂爆破,软岩采用预留保护层进行光面爆破等技术措施,避免对边坡产生破坏,控制爆破飞石、爆破振动对周围行人和建筑物的影响。 This paper analyzes the current highway blasting excavation method, puts forward that the rock blasting excavation must consider the lithology, topography and the surrounding environment synthetically, and adopts the optimized blasting construction method. With reference to the grading method of surrounding rock of tunnel, the subgrade rocks are discussed in detail. Pre-splitting blasting is adopted for hard rock and smooth blasting is adopted for soft rock by smooth blasting and other technical measures to avoid damage to slope, Impact of blasting vibration on surrounding pedestrians and buildings.
