对我国13个省、自治区的68家大中型企业进行深入调查研究,从多个维度探讨职工体育发展的基本特征与规律,并提出发展策略。目前我国职工体育的主要矛盾是落后的物质条件和短缺的体育资源与职工不断增长的体育需求之间的矛盾。表现为职工体育场地器材缺乏、体育价值观多元化、体育消费能力有所增强、体育经费来源单一、职工体育开展项目较为传统,对体育技术水平要求不高等。
In-depth investigation of 68 large and medium-sized enterprises in 13 provinces and autonomous regions in our country explores the basic characteristics and rules of employee sports development from multiple dimensions and proposes development strategies. At present, the main contradiction between the staff and workers in our country is the contradiction between the backward material conditions and the shortage of sports resources and the ever-increasing demands of sports.
