对舞钢市水土资源总量及利用现状进行数据收集计算,预测2010～2015年、2010～2020年中长期国民经济各部门用水、用地需求,结合当地地形、地质、地下水、地表水条件,进行不同设计保证率条件下的水土资源供需平衡分析计算,采取节水措施,挖掘节水潜力,为农业增产服务,为开展工程建设、防汛抗旱等工作提供科学依据。
