用三年生葡萄进行两种方法8个处理的多效唑应用试验，结果表明：埋施对葡萄生长有抑制效应，喷施只有短暂的控制效应，但有药害。因此，在葡萄上以埋施为宜；埋施对葡萄的平均穗重、百粒重、株产均有影响，且以1．5g／株为宜，可在生产上推广应用。
Trials were conducted with three treatments of 8 treatments of paclobutrazol. The results showed that the embedding had an inhibitory effect on the growth of grape and the spraying had only a brief control effect, but there was phytotoxicity. Therefore, grapes on the burial appropriate; burial on the average weight of grapes, 100-weight, plant production has an impact, and 1.5g / strain is appropriate, can be applied in the production.
