目的建立酢浆草药材的高效液相色谱指纹图谱的鉴别方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil TM C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱。以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱。流速为0.7 ml/min;柱温为25℃;检测波长为280 nm,建立酢浆草药材HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,并对不同产地的酢浆草及其混淆品药材进行相似度比较。结果酢浆草药材HPLC指纹图谱标定为20个共有峰,不同产地的酢浆草相似度大于0.85,而与红花酢浆草的相似度在0.70以下。结论建立的指纹图谱检测方法简便、快捷、可靠,为评价酢浆草质量提供了有效的实验依据,可用于酢浆草药材的鉴别。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the identification of oxalic herbs by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) fingerprinting. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a Diamonsil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column. Acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution as mobile phase, gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.7 ml / min, the column temperature was 25 ℃, the detection wavelength was 280 nm, the HPLC fingerprinting pattern of Sorrelia officinalis was established, and the similarity between Sorrel and its mixed medicinal materials was compared. Results The HPLC fingerprints of Sorrel were identified as 20 common peaks. The similarity of Sorrel from different origins was greater than 0.85 and the similarity with Sorrel was below 0.70. Conclusion The established fingerprint detection method is simple, rapid and reliable, which provides an effective experimental basis for evaluating the quality of Oxalis tuber. It can be used for the identification of oxalic herbs.
