运能紧张,是制约我分局生产发展的主要矛盾。为克服这一困难,自1979年以来,我分局广大干部职工,坚持以提高运能为中心,以确保安全为重点,以提高社会总体效益为目的,以实现“人民铁路为人民”为宗旨,在建立一套适应铁路高、大、半特点和我分局局情的科学的企业经营管理方面,进行了不懈的探索和实践,逐步形成了我分局以全面质量管理为中心的现代化企业经营管理模式。
Transport can be tense, is the main contradiction that restricts the production and development of our branch.
