分光光度法测定药物含量,常用标准曲线法、比较法和吸收系数(_(1cm)~(1%))法三种。后者,在海内外药物分析中被广泛应用。该法计算含量,是将样品精取一定量,用适当溶剂溶解或稀释至适当浓度,在最大吸收波长(λmax)处测定吸收度(A),将其换算成样品的吸收系数([E_(1cm)~(1%)]样),再与已知吸收系数([E_(1cm)~(1%)]标)比较.但如何通过实验中测得的吸收度、稀释倍数及已知吸收系数来计算供试品百分含量、注射液及片剂含量为其标示量的百分率,则是此法的难点。我们在多年的教学和药房分析工作中,总结出简单可行的计算方
