随着素质教育理念的深入推进,教育机构不仅要关注教学质量和水平,还要关心班级的管理状况,通过管理模式的创新应用,推动班级的完善与科学建设。与一般的教学单位相比,高职院校具有自身的特殊性,它的教学目标是培养具有较强动手能力的学生,适应社会对技能人才的需求。但是由于传统观念的束缚,我国的班级管理模式还较为落后,没有建立健全的管理体制,班级日常运转不够合理化,更不利于调动学生的学习热情。针对这样的情况,我国高职院校一定要转变固有的观念,强化教育管理模式的创新,从而促进教学质量的提高。
With the deepening of the concept of quality education, educational institutions should not only pay attention to the quality and level of teaching, but also care about the management of the classes and promote the improvement of classes and construction of science through the innovative application of management models. Compared with general teaching units, higher vocational colleges have their own particularity. Its teaching goal is to train students with strong practical ability to meet the needs of the society for skilled personnel. However, due to the shackles of traditional concepts, our country’s class management model is still relatively backward, without a sound management system, the class day-to-day operation is not rationalized, but not conducive to arouse students’ enthusiasm for learning. In view of such situation, our country’s higher vocational colleges must change the inherent idea, strengthen the innovation of education management mode, so as to promote the improvement of teaching quality.
